Can’t wait. Never had smoked pheasant.We had a ham this evening but tomorrow, I’m smoking 5 pheasants with all the trimmings. I’ll get pictures.
We did breakfast for supper. Grits, gravy, tater tots, bacon, sausage, country ham, beef smoked sausage, eggs and biscuits.
