At one point early last year I was down to 231. I floated in the 235-240 range for a long time, which was fine with me. I noticed about a month ago that I was having to go up a notch on the belt, so I stepped on the scale for the first time in 6 months. 256! Shit.
If I'm honest with myself I had definitely started to slip back into the old eating habits from when I was 350. Buffets for lunch on work trips, grazing snacks in the evenings, etc. That, combined with the holidays had me putting on a bit. As of this morning, I'm back down to 246. Also trying to get my walking activity back up to 6-7 miles a day.
If I can be back under 240 by May I'll be happy.
