Time for a new one.
I've had several over the years, but none that I would consider outstanding.
Wadda ya got, and why do you like it?

Whew! Wasn't sure I should click on this'n! :)

I've got a Wahl hair cuttin thing with beard attachments. I'm also newly returned to beardism & haven't used it for that yet. In the past, I've always been scissors & comb.

Got a wee personal hair trimmer I use to cut the twigs from around my mouth.

I asked the girl who cuts my hair what she would recommend (given that I did not want to spend what she has to spend for commercial stuff) and she recommended this: https://wahlusa.com/products/lithium-ion-trimmer-9854-600

Plenty of attachments so you can get to everything your heart desires, priced right and does a real good job.

Trimmed very close, less than a 1/4".
Clean border lines at cheek, neck and moustache.

Ok, with that I HIGHLY recommend the Philips Norelco OneBlade. Without a guard, it cuts DARN near razor blade close. Guards trim nicely but not when it’s long. When it’s long, I use my Wahl hair trimmer for head and beard.

I have two of these. I didn’t pay that much for em though. Inflation I guess. Love them. I use one for my face and head and the other for ma naughty bits

Wahl Designer Clipper #8355 and it works great for me. About $47 on Amazon.

I’ve got a grey/yellow corded remington that I distinctly remember them advertising as being “indestructible”. Has served me well for years. Cuts super close without a guard and comes with more attachments than you can shake a stick at.

I bought that about 8 months ago and I've been very pleased with it.
So I was reading the reviews on this and came across this gem-

Brooke Albrecht

4.0 out of 5 starsGreat product, just don't use on your nuts.

It's great, keep a long charge, tons of good attachments, super sharp.. very sharp. My husband didn't realize there were capable of cutting his balls off.. but other that that, we love them!

Maybe you're wearing the wrong size.

I have that model, probably had it for 4 - 5 years and it works great. Holds a charge still, and if it finally does die half way through a trim, about 5 minutes on the charger gives you another couple minutes of run time.

Respect the beard my friends, let it grow. Just colored mine and people now act like they are afraid of me. I guess I don't have that Santa image anymore, but I like it. Some PHD egghead should get a 5 mil grant from UNC to study this.

My barber recommended a Wahl trimmer about 7 years ago and it still works great.

Let it grow.
Only have a few more days of heat. You need your winter coat. Let it do its thing.

Another vote for the OneBlade. I can't have a beard at work but can have a goatee and have used it to trim it up, the only downside of the OneBlade is that if you have any substantial length (phrasing...) the guard is too short. I have a Norelco that @Burt Thumber posted that I use if I have a good length going, my only comment about it is it's like a Lego set...so many parts. I threw away the ones I didn't need.

I usually get a year or two out of my hair clippers before they are toasted...my hair is tough... I use a DE razor and can dull a Feather blade in two shaves, but the OneBlade has kept up pretty well and use it when I travel.
