I didn't know there was an upgrade. Ill have to get that, because the stock one sucks
I don't know if there is an upgrade either. I shot a stock M&P 2.0 against your G17 to compare, and the M&P slide release was the weakest link to me. Somebody will figure out what to do about that.

Thanks for the heads up ...will slingshot it tomorrow.

Weather forecast has improved considerably since last night. Let us go forth and make a joyful noise.

@fieldgrade is a Deadly Pistolero, down only 2 points for the day, well done!

We collected $850.00 and 35 toys for Toys for Tots.
Larry Miner on our squad was also only down 2 for the match, also shooting CDP with a Range Officer. Those Springers run alright.

Mike shooting IDPA with a full size gun is a FTDR. Glad to see he is behind a trigger again.

You are absolutely right. I haven't shot a full size gun in a regular IDPA match in 3 or 4 years. This little M&P compact 3.6 is a keeper though.

Might be able to wear shorts for the BUG match.

We will shoot the classifier after the BUG match for anyone that needs to.

Does anyone have the classifier times for the 5x5 by division handy? May just be me but for some reason I just can’t seem to find them...

Aside from the mental breakdown/seizure/apoplexy I had on stage 3 I could have shot a much worse match. Great day for it, in spite of needing hip waders, or a kayak in bay 6.

I am so glad y'all didn't cancel. I took Friday off work to make sure I could make it.
Really enjoyed it as usual. Even though I totally disrespected that far target on stage 4 to the tune of 12 seconds, it's all good

I've had lots of fun at the 7 matches I shot this year and enjoyed meeting and shooting with y'all.
I would like to say thanks to @Amp Mangum for doing what you do to make the matches happen, the same thanks to you @fieldgrade.
And you can pass it along to all the SO's/RO's that run the squads, and to anybody else that helps run the squads.
Thanks for giving me and everyone else the opportunity to come out and shoot!!

On behalf of myself and our Crystal Coast IDPA guys, I want to thank everyone for yesterdays' match at H2O. Great match, great people, please work on getting the heat fixed, was a tad chilly in our Hawaian shirts!!! Next Sunday, 20 JAN 19, will be our first Crystal Coast IDPA match at our range, Flatwoods 111 2nd Amendment Lane Hubert, NC 28539 (we are a few miles East of the Camp LeJeune main gate off 24 East) Please join us, stages not yet all laid out, but bring at least 100 rounds, 150 would be best. 5 of our bays are 100% wooden decked, so you will not be in grass, gravel or mud while shooting, well maybe 1 longer distance stage in the main field.
