What have you recently purchased that is firearms related?

I got at least 6 targets, a few (3?) boxes of 9mm, and a box of .38spl.
(And my 1,000 rounds of 9mm came in while I was at the range!!! YAY!)

Why buy just one case when you can have two at twice the price ;) with no cost shipping?

That would be enough to last her at least a week!
I'm actually considering getting 2,000 rounds next time, because I just grabbed 5 boxes to put in the range bag for Thursday morning, and now it looks like there's hardly any left in the big box! This is crazy! And I need to get a deal on .380 too, I've been shooting the Sig a lot.

You did burn up a lot of ammo at Battery Oaks and at your Defensive Pistol class last weekend.:)

I’d have to take some aluminum black and get rid of the warning... ;)
No no. That’s something I need to be reminded of each time I look at that part of the slide.

BTW just for gits and shiggles I looked up the history of Heck's....very interesting. These are definitely 30+ years old based on Heck's history.....https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heck's

Then I found out they're basically 1971-1978 era because of the warning style on the box!

Anyone from WV or thereabouts remember how big a Heck's store was?

I remember Hecks...it was the same size as Kmart. When it closed, a Kmart went into the same building.

I’ve got half a dozen boxes of 22s just like that. Shot a box at the range last week and they shot great. Seemed to be loaded a little hotter but that’s just going off sound and feel.
You mean back when Olin actually could make good rimfire ammo ;)

I have 1,000rds of M22s that I would almost give away to a good home. I am scared to shoot it out of a revolver due to having a squib lol. Maybe I need a shorter barrel for those

I had a batch of Wildcat 22 that were terrible. The last 2 bricks of Aguila 22LR wouldn't cycle anything I tried it in, I'm still in the process of shooting them up in a revolver, and smell like super-glue when I shoot them. o_O

the super glue smell is the acrylate in the Eley prime. Once you get used to that, it actually kinda smells nice like Hoppe's lol. They're not the super colibri are they? If so I know why they won't cycle ;)

No, it was "super extra".

It is really dirty, and I mean nasty. Shooting it out of a single action revolver, the fingers I used to rotate the cylinder as I was ejecting the spent cases would be solid black. Never will buy those again.

Wasn’t there a recall on that ammo a few years back?

I had the same experience. For me, it was absolute crap.

-CMMG 9mm lower (from Deals section)
-Optic mounting plate for Maxim 9 (hoping I picked the right one)

...and a PSA MOE EPT SBA3 LBK (how’s that for acronyms), plus a 9mm buffer

Are you sure you can use this rebate if you buy from Amazon? I read in comments that you can but when you click on online retailers..Amazon isn't there.
Ammoland follow up: CT has confirmed for us that Amazon is an authorized retailer and eligible under the rebate program.

My Smith wheelgun kick continues.

Picked up a 1976 Model 10 that looks to be barely carried or fired...
Model 10.jpg

The next day came across a Mass State Police Model 36.

Model 36-02.jpg

My "inside guy" at S&W was able to verify that it was delivered to the MSP in March of 1963.

Model 36-03.jpg

I will be transferring it to the Mass State Police Museum so more will be able to appreciate its history.

I just placed an order for an Aero Precision H2 buffer for my AR pistol that I am putting together. New BCG should be here Saturday. This building thing is worse than a Harley Davidson habit!

CJ holster and mag pouch from the BST.

It’ll be my 3rd mag pouch of his, and they’re all different styles. Looking forward to trying this one...horizontal w/ two belt loop design.
