They always ask what’s in the package. If I had to use the insurance I paid for, it would certainly be denied if I lied about the packages content.I'm asking for information, not to be snarky: how do they know it's a scope?

You have to learn the proper terminology.
We have no one pirate pitching us, we’re not near neighbors. We’ve contacted the regional managers many, many times to avail.I think you can log in on their website and designate a place for drop like your back porch.
I have USPS and FedEx account, print my own labels and drop the box at FedEx or my mail carrier takes it no questions asked.
Print on plain paper and use glue stick.
Priority mail flat rate boxes.
Do have another house same number but different street name, we get each other mail.
