I used to know guys that road like this. None of them had insurance, or licenses .Hmmm, I gotta wonder how the insurance company deals with damage cause while intentionally riding on the sidewalk.
Growing up nearby Philly, I had some friends of friends who rode like this. It was extremely common for them to have no licenses, registration, nor insurance, and many times they were under legal driving age. It wasn’t uncommon for the bikes or ATVs to be stolen as well. These people just ride around the streets like they own them, don’t care one bit about police or other drivers, and I take a small amount of pleasure seeing them wreck, because of their reckless disregard for the law and others.I'm sure the officer's dash cam got a nice view of a few license plate numbers, if they had plates to begin with.
I pulled this off a video I took Last Saturday morning.
It took him 3 -4 tries to get it this high. He kinda sucked at wheelies. Hwy 85 north out of Concord.

I saw a group of "teens" riding supped up mini bikes down South Blvd. in Charlotte the other day; none of them were licensed or had lights of any kind. There is never NOT a cop on that road. I think the cops have given up on the tough targets.
And most of the bikes are stolen...I used to know guys that road like this. None of them had insurance, or licenses .
It’s harder to drive like idiots on two flat tires.
No sympathy for squids. Back when I had my V-max and rode around Charlotte they always tried to goad me into stupid stuff. I was content in knowing I mounted a cruise missile and they were all on scooters
As long as you could go straight on that beast. Those sportbike "scooters" would show the VMAX their taillights in the twisties.
That would be a great vid, I'd like to spread the video to encourage LEO to employ the device regularly. That's a pretty cool design. But false advertising man. I expected to see a bike get flattened.
Yeah I rarely took it on twisties and not many opportunities around Charlotte anyway. They wanted to stoplight drag like idiots and all I could do was shake my head and laugh. I also weighed so little the bike didn't even know I was on it.
Like riding a great white around in a dentist office aquarium!
They remind me of the folks at a car show that don't recognize any of the actual fast cars... then they huddle around some ragged-out Mitsubishi Eclipse like it's the greatest thing? I have nothing to prove to such morons.
