So long story short, due to downsizing I have to unload (punny, I know) most of my reloading stockpile. Most of it easy enough but I have brass that I processed and primed under the wrong assumption that I'd go through it eventually. Seems like it should be ok to sell but shipping would be a no-no because of the primers but as reloaders would you trust someone else's brass processing?

would depend on caliber and price. Easy enough to check brass with a case gauge.

I would pull the decapping pin on my resizing die and load it with no issues infact I use a universal deprimer, wet tumble, hand prime my 45 acp cases and load them on my dillon 650 using a sizing die with no decapping pin installed I do this for 2 reasons 1 I dont have to change the primer setup from small to large and 2 it easier to find small primer cases when you are hand priming

I treat all cases that are new to me as if they had been fired in an unknown chamber. They get the whole case prep treatment and all new burnable components. I trust myself and very few others when it comes to loading rounds that I will shoot.

Not enough info, what caliber.

while primers are considered hazardous, I don’t believe that primed brass is considered hazardous, so no special labeling or other rquirements.

That is what I understand as well.
