My Covid-19 mail to staff...

In all seriousness, wifey eats gluten free so we don't have to spend the evening in the hospital, and i haven't eaten meat in over 25 years since i was a kid working at mcdonalds. I looked at your menu and, while being considerably more fancy than we're used to, you seem to have all our annoying bases covered.
If you found a menu online, it's from a Pineville Tavern in Pennsylvania. Sorry. We've got great food, but it's burgers and wings with the trimmings.

I got a Covid message from my employer today, Thursday. Along with all the other silliness they are canceling all Spring safety meetings. Of course, we had ours Tuesday. GRRRRRR!!!!

The rest was wash hands, clean the truck, don't sneeze on people. Or something like that.

We've ( large computer outfit in RTP ) have been WFH since Monday.
I could've been WFH since starting this position a year and a half ago. But the boss was always no.
The maintenance crew I manage and schedule work for has been put in to isolation shifts. No overlapping / getting together. All in person correspondence must be done via computer/ text/email/ webEx
Hopefully this WFH sticks for me or maybe just have to go in 2 days a week to look at specific equipment I need to write for.

My company (senior living care) banned travel for 98% of all workers. Of course I am part of the 2% that’s not. All of our communities now have to take the temperatures of all workers, visitors and delivery people every time they come to building. If 99 or over you go bye bye. I was so hoping I would fail so I could go shooting yesterday. I passed of course :(

5 minutes of jumping jacks before they take your temp should do the trick.

Hot water bottle , roll a cup of coffee, hot dashboard to the forehead should do it...

Our shifts are now split- 1/2 on a month of nights in one location. We are on a month of days at another location. Both locations in isolation. 12 hours in our secured work areas only. Arrive and leave through same doors. Our church will be live streamed tomorrow- Not meeting on site! Also, found out that we can’t visit my mother at the assisted living center- they are locked down. Why couldn’t this have happened during duck season!!??

WFH until told otherwise, starting Monday.

I did it for ~15 years until they pulled the plug just over a year ago. So back to the way it used to be. My boss is in San Diego, and my two closest coworkers are Tampa and New York City...so there’s no real reason I should be in an office any day of the week.
