Air fryer chicken wings

Quick breakfast idea. Take a slice of bread and lay it on the counter. Spread butter on the bread. Take an appropriate size glass and use it like a cookie cutter and put a hole in the middle of the bread. Place parchment paper in the container(I ain't calling it a bowel) and place bread on paper. Crack an egg in the hole. Salt and pepper to taste. 350% for 6-7 minutes if you want runny. 7-8 if you like it done. You can do more than one at the time depending on how big your container(not bowel) is.

Well I had a hankering for some hot wings and the best spot in town is closed so I dug up this thread I had saved. I bought a bag of Tyson frozen wing pieces and decided I would pressure cook and then air fry since I needed to do 2 batches for us to eat. I split the bag in two and coated in seasoning (probably a waste when pressure cooking). One batch was pressure cooked for 11mins then 5 mins of natural release. I took this batch (around 10ish wings) and placed in my small air frier and sprayed with non stick oil and put them in at 390F for 10 mins. They crisped up nicely and then tossed in sauce (franks wings & butter). The 2nd batch had 11 mins in the pressure cooker and a quick release of the pressure. This batch seemed to have thicker skin/fat when done. This batch was air fried the same way but not as crispy as the first. I put a cup of water in the pressure cooker and about another 3/4-1 cup of water/fat came out of the wings, some were more/less boiled but texture seemed unaffected. I did produce decent broth. I ate the leftovers today and just microwaved them and they were still dang good.

Summary... Batch cooking sucks, but this method does make dang good wings with the consistency of deep fried wings. They have that crunch and still tender inside with no batter. I will say like everything else cooked in an air frier, eat them as soon as they come out...I'd get folks around and eat them as they come out of the air frier drink a few beers while waiting for the next batch or... buy a bigger air frier.

Thanks for the recipe yall!
