Anyone else notice the 4g being slow, bogged down since everyone is home or internet bandwidth issues with streaming lately?

It's never been great out here in the sticks, but the last few weeks have been painful...

Mines been that way for months

Between C19 and me being at the point Version wants to sell me a new and improved phone and plan, yes I've noticed a slowdown.

Yeah , my phone and iPad are painfully slow the last few days.

what's 4g?
I'm lucky to get a 3g signal to load google.com at my house.

TMobile in Charlotte/Matthews totally fine. Spectrum cable on the other hand definitely sucks worse than normal.

not surprised one bit. It is all the folks at home streaming the internet instead of going out. They never designed it to handle this load. I'd expect it to continue as long as this virus has folks holed up.

Might be the lead up to the 3 days of darkness dun dun dduunnnnnn.

i've had my internet (spectrum) cut out on 2 mornings this week. They say they don't know what the problem is. But this morning they said it was my (rented) wifi router causing the problem.
Well, it's their equipment failing... so they best send a new one and a prepaid label to ship back the old one...
Can't wait for it to still suck after the new router... at least i'm showing i'm doing my part before i demand service credits.

My cell signal definitely been spotty.

I have 300+ internet speed so haven’t noticed any issues there.

Supposedly Verizon has opened up it's bandwidth. But, even this may not be enough and the bottleneck may not be theirs.

I’ve been told from those in the industry that they’re to state that it’s always the modem or something on your end, even if they have a bug alert on their screen saying there is a service outage or problem.

The cell phone is starting to be overwhelmed from use. We are finding out the instructional is not as good as they say in the commercials .

I couldn’t even make a call yesterday!

I can't believe I have not noticed. We're a double threat, being both 'out' and with way too many devices (~ 15-20, depending) competing for resources.

Yep. Dropped calls from my house the day before and sometimes it wouldn't even dial out.

I guess it's just another advantage of living in the middle of nowhere, the cell service always sucks and we dont have any other options.
