Ruger EC9s

AFAIK, they're just a less expensive LC9s with fixed sights cast into the slide. I carry my LC9s regularly & like it a bunch. Hafta concur with @BBD280 on this.
Likewise, I carried an LC9s, and an LC380 before that. Rock solid, nice and skinny carry guns

I don’t know if the EC9s trigger is the same as the LC9s, which I owned, but if it is, I have two observations about the trigger.

First, the newer striker-fire triggers on those LC frame guns are a big improvement over the DA only triggers they used to have. They are VERY smooth.
That said, if you don’t mind splitting hairs, there is no stack at all in the take up, meaning, I couldn’t tell when the trigger was going to break, which was a little uncomfortable for me.

I have one. It’s super easy to shoot. I can shoot mine better than any Glock I’ve ever owned.

Painted the front sight orange.

Carry it all the time, owb. Disappears under any shirt and is like no weight. Perfect summer gun.

LC9s is always in my right front pocket.

I think it shoots like a much bigger gun than it is. Most small guns you dont wanna shoot much more than a mag or two, this one I could shoot all day.

If I understand correctly, Ruger has discontinued the LC9. I've heard nothing but good things about the LC/EC9. I had a DAO LC9 awhile back, the trigger was my only hang up.

Ruger seems like Ruger's biggest competitor in some cases. EC9 vs LC9 is one example. I would prefer ability to swap sights on a gun that only cost slightly more.
