And the first Glock in the house.
Glock 48. Slim as the Glock 43X. But barrel is about a long as the 19.
My wife has comprised wrist and hand strength so I have to be careful what I buy her.
Why the 48? My son bought a Glock 19. Unlike most pistols, my wife could easily rack the slide.
So I went to Area 52 and had my son compare the slide of his 19 to the 48.
48 is lighter and slimmer for carry.
My wife thought we were just going out for paint.
Wife was very pleased with her present when we got home.
She could easily rack the slide.
She needs more offhand therapy for a shoulder injury before she can fully enjoy a day at the range again. But she'll be trying this out soon.
