U.S. court blocks California cancer label on Bayer's Roundup weed killer

You've seen all of the CA cancer warnings on just about everything, right? Somehow, Bayer/Monsanto managed to get a court to block CA from labeling RoundUp!

When Bayer bought Monsanto, it scared me.

I once bought a simple stainless steel cup. No plastic, not insulated, a simple single layer of shaped stainless steel and it had the CA cancer sticker. It motivated me to call the company. I asked, it's all stainless right? There's no oddity about the metal I should know about? He laughed and assured me it was just a chunk of stainless. I think he said but had to do with residue from manufacturing or maybe even packaging, just wash it.

I'm glad all that stuff only causes cancer in California.
