I’ll look again, I just saw all ag workers were required to wear masks.

edit: I see now that if they are within 6’ of one another. The news site where I first read it omitted that.

Well, if I’m going to have to wear a mask, I’m going ALL IN...step up my open carry game and wear CBRN mask with camo. Scare all the triangle liberals. I’ll even take the rat trap with me to catch some liberals...

1. Should not wear a Face Covering due to any medical or behavioral condition or disability (including, but not limited to, any person who has trouble breathing...

You know, a lot of people have anxiety these days. And my allergies have been giving me fits. Make it hard to breathe, they do. And now you want me to mask up in public and make it even harder to breathe? why, i'm getting anxious just thinking about it.
 
Can someone with printing capabilities make a full face/neck mask (like ones used for hunting) with cartoon rendering of a police officers knee digging into my neck?

Yet we went to Bubbas 33 the other night (restaurant) with a patio bar area and the bar AND restaurant were packed with people. Way more than any gym....Roy must not want gyms open because he's a little wimpy guy who is intimidated by gym people...lol

My wife got ticked at me for telling her she was wrong quoting WRAL. Because they were wrong. Always go to the statute.
 
I don't even want to talk about our mayor.....smh.

I don't understand the other places being singled out...seriously think he is trying to bankrupt\destroy this state.

It's a waste of time just as the stay at home order was. There were way too many business deemed "essential" to ever be effective and there are way too many exceptions to the mask mandate to be remotely effective.

But I'm also of the opinion that all this is more about power and control than genuine concern for public health so take that for what you will.

The new beer only bar with no food was full last Friday with every table and chair available even though they have no kitchen. Nice to see people rejecting Roy Coopers BS. All the little dive eateries are wide open. Who is going to stop them? Tell Cooper if you can burn buildings down, you reject his stupid mandates.

That's because disobeying an executive order is not a crime. Not even for businesses.

Executive Orders are not Laws, so Law Enforcement cannot act on them.

Executive Order Enforcement is left to the administration, with liquor license revocation and such.

As to the convenience store thing ... I’ll be nice at my local one I have been going to for 20 or so years but I will be a smartass at the places that are crazy idiots. I’ve got my black balaclava, black ball cap and dark sunglasses to wear if I must do business. I am real tempted to go to Whole Foods and see what they do. There are a few others like Target, Harris Teeter and such but I’m not going to waste all my time. I also won’t likely go full a-hole and open carry but I can’t make any promises.

Was in World Market the other day for a few, they ask you to wear one so we did. We did see a guy in there without - nothing was said to him.
I think, mostly, it's people posting corporate policy or whatever but they really dont care.

I'll wear in a business that requests (has sign on/at door), other than that - no

I’ll just carry around my motorcycle helmet and wear it in. They wanna fuss, tell them to talk to the idiot in charge for requiring it and that due to ADA, HIPPA laws they can face a fine for asking about my medical condition and why I’m wearing my modified face mask.

or maybe I’ll just whip out the gas mask. Maybe I’ll do that instead

I'll say I have a preexisting medical condition and in accordance with HIPAA laws I don't have to disclose what it is.
 
My police wash people feet. So I do t have to do anything I don’t want to other than maybe call him/her a p*$$? And tell them my feet are clean I just showered last week thanks, bye!

Yep... I met the couple who owns it on the 1st night they "defied" coops order a few weeks ago... nice people and have earned my business moving forward!

I had a gas mask at one time. Only way I could change my kids diapers with out gagging myself to death.:)
 
Fellow never knows when one might come in handy.
 
Went to my doctor today and then to the credit union. They both ask if I needed a mask and told them I cannot wear them, nothing else was said. My doctor agreed that I did not need to be wearing a mask.

I printed out a copy of the middle finger with medical exemption under it and showed my doctor what I was carrying and he asked me if I wanted him to sign it.
