Bubba Wallace = Jussie Smollett?

I find this picture hard to believe because if you untie this noose I think that rope would almost, if not, touch the ground. I’ve never seen a rope on a pull down door touch the ground, especially when the door is raised.

Then again maybe the racist at large replaced the original pull rope with a longer one.

Now a woman says four men set her on fire in her car at a traffic light. Looks self inflicted with an electric curling iron.

I've burned my face on open flame - she wouldn't have eyelashes or eyebrows, and those injuries would look different. Went home after somebody set her face on fire at 1am, despite being an EMT? I'm sure the dudes were wearing bright floral shirts too.

You know, before I didn't want to give him the benefit of the doubt. But..that looks like a noose. And I think he only heard about it second hand. I'll give his team the benefit of the doubt.
I'll agree, THAT one looks noose-like. It's not a simple knot tied to create a knot.

Now I really dont give a dang how how it hung or whatever, its a crap move to pull

I would suggest the replacement of ropes with the more modern motor driven chain lift but that could also set off flashbacks of the days of slavery. The associated use of chains and engrained PTSD makes for a hard life!

So which one is the correct picture?

edited to add:

If the fbi said the “new” picture isn’t a noose then they’re off their rocker. If they were going by the first picture shown I’ll keep with my previous statements.

Blacks were lynched in the south far after slavery was abolished.
Lets not kid ourselves, in NC there are recorded lynchings as late as the mid-40s. We've got folks on here older than that.

In one image we can see two garages, one with a rope that's been cut, one with a rope that has not. The one that has not looks like a typical knot. In the image quoted above, that looks very different.

Now, I believe the FBI investigation on this one, but was there a second knot done to look like a noose at another track and that was the other image we're seeing now?

Lynching has no color barriers, most were the product of a failed court system and a very strong community of moralists, something not found in today’s America, moralist that is.
