Related, some guy on Reddit made a 3d printed adapter for stribogs to use colt smg mags but it looks like grand power caught on and made steel reinforced lips

Aww not roller delayed, just some other delay. Still better than blowback.

Retail around 1k. That beats out basically every other delayed blowback pcc

Im watching this one too.....but i have a feeling im going with a banshee whenever..........they get back in stock and back to normal prices.

My son bought one. It’s quite accurate at distance. He was banging steel shooting offhand at 50 and 100 yards with an optic.
 
I won’t be giving up my gen2 for a 3 as it is an excellent shooter! I’ve got a buddy egging me on about selling it to him and buying a 3...I just sent him the email from Global Ordinance explaining who was going to retail them for GO (only 3 - GunPro, Joe Bobs and Big Daddy Unlimited) and told him to get on a pre-order list! :D

Yeah I’ve heard it’s a pretty soft shooter for a blowback gun. Add that with my impatience and I wasn’t going to wait. I’m as excited as a kid at christmas to shoot that bad boy.

i don't wanna fudd, but there's something almost boring about shooting a perfectly reliable low recoil semiauto pcc...
still, not a bad idea for nightbumps

If you mean the A3 (with tailhook) on the Stribog, then yes, it is very solid and I like the setup! I have a folding adapter as well and it locks up solid. Folds down fairly tight and is small enough to fit in a pack. In my opinion, the A3 a much nicer setup than any of the SB Tactical options. You do pay for the quality though...and the tailhook portion isn’t cheap by itself. I also have this setup on my AK-V as well.

A3 recently came out with their version of a brace if you don’t like the tailhook and you can see that on their site as well.

A1 without the nice paint job like cubrock’s. Rugged Obsidian. Going to try the PTR suppressed as well. Both have tri-lug mounts.

It's things like this that make me think, what good is the BATF anymore? In this modern age of small scale manufacturing, there are no restrictions that can't be worked around legally, anymore. Can't have this? We'll do it that way. Can't have that, we'll do it this way. So, why even bother? The guns are going to exist.

When the NFA was passed in 1934 and the GCA in 1968, no one dreamed what firearms manufacturing was going to look like down the road. It helps to remember that the regulation of SBRs and SBSs was initially aimed at making all handguns NFA items. The actual definitions of SBR and SBS came out of the sausage grinder of political compromise.

One would think that we have enough (almost 100 years) of actual data to show much (all?) of the NFA is needless and burdensome, never mind much (all?) of the GCA, but too many people can’t think rationally about them. They are trained to believe that guns are bad and some guns are even badder and we have to have burdensome regulation to keep us all safe. Meanwhile, millions of people have arm braces on pistols and shotguns and blood still isn’t flowing in the streets.

It went very well today with the Stribog and PTR MP5, both suppressed and un-. :D Had a box of subsonic 9 that I also ran through the Stribog and it ate it up with no problems and was a bit quieter than the 115 that made up most of the shooting today. An overall good day for the PCCs! I think the Stribog and AK-V are neck and neck for my favorite PCC.

I have a Rugged Surge 7.62 and like it. The Obsidian seemed to have pretty good reviews and I liked the variable length setup. I got a pretty good price on it and they are made in SC, so supporting a local product was a plus as well.

Is the upper and low metal or plastic. I’ve been looking at the gun for a few months along with a CZ Scorpion. Based on that video I just can’t buy the latest version. Too many issues in the video.
 
Like a lot of guns they have ammo they like and ammo they don't like . If you are the type of person who wants their gun to run on every conceivable ammo brand, bullet shape and weight yeah, this isnt going to be the gun for you. Like a lot of guns it has a preferred diet. Stick to that diet and it will reward you. Ive put thousands of rounds down range without a hitch with mine and it is by far the most accurate 9mm rifle I own . I even like it so much I bought an A3 that I will pick up this week. I don't try to shoot hollow points through mine? Why would I ? Thats a waste of money in my book but I'm not one of those everything I do has to be tactical training guys. Its a range toy. If I'm going to shoot someone inside my house they are going to get a chest full of #4 buckshot not a 9mm round from the stribog. If I'm going to shoot someone outside my house with a Stribog the chances are pretty good I'm going to jail. I'm one of those grounded in reality people. Stribogs like ball nose 115, 124 NATO and even 158 ball. They don't like anything truncated .

The Stribog has a plastic lower ( metal inner trigger cage ) and a metal upper. Ive got a friend with a Scorpion and you couldnt pay me to buy one of those things. Terrible trigger and safety and all plastique. Difficult time rigging it for a silencer too.

Haha . Ive got Covid 19 and havent been able to take it out yet. I hear they are very reliable but no LRBHO
