Missouri couple point guns at protesters calling for St. Louis mayor to resign

Wednesday, 8July2020. The dude in the pink shirt was on a talk show today at 5:00 pm and stated that he has been a life-long Republican, did not support BLM, and received credible threats of violence after the event. It is difficult to know what the truth is if you listen to the media or people on the internet. As Abe Lincoln said in a conversation with George Washington at a bar in Miami Beach, do not believe anything you hear and only half of what you see.

Gonna admit right now I have not read to the end, so if this is a repeat, so be it.
Will someone Change the title and replace "protesters" with "vandals and trespassers".
Seems more accurate.

wouldn't want to misquote liars...

There are a lot of people who support BLM until it spills over into their back yard.
That's recall me the situation with the school assignment in Wake county.

When republicans started to implement policy that let children from poor neighborhood to attend schools in rich, the loudest screams were from liberal mommies from Western Care and Morrisville.

The problem is that the same stupid cows now put signs "illegals welcome here" and voted Baker into sheriff office, and "support" BLM thugs. Again, they will be the loudest whining and complaining when illegals and BLM hit their neighborhoods.

ST. LOUIS — 5 On Your Side has learned St. Louis police officers executed a search warrant Friday evening at the home of Mark and Patricia McCloskey, the Central West end couple who confronted protesters with weapons in June.
Sources tell 5 On Your Side that police seized one of the weapons, the rifle, from the couple and they told police their attorney has the pistol seen in photos.

5 On Your Side is not aware of any charges against the McCloskeys at this time, and the warrant served Friday evening was just for the guns.

They havent been charged, so there is no crime, right? So why take the gun?
This is more BS that is happening during this time/these times of the pendulum being swung FAR left and people scared to uphold the law and what is right

LMAO. Just like black city counsel and mayor cities to disarm the whitey.

It gets better, she's sued her own City to deflect the fact she's under criminal investigation for her handling of the Eric Greitens Case. Her misconduct on that case is up there with Mike NiFong and honestly should get her disbarred...

It sucks that this is happening but since it is I’m glad it’s happening to two prominent lawyers with the means to defend themselves and hopefully set a precedent, and not a couple of low income, working class people that would get fucked by the system.

Sooo a crooked politician gets a crooked judge to sign a warrant to confiscate guns, without any charges, from a couple who are getting death threats for NOT shooting anybody when they first started getting death threats on their own property. and crooked police executed that warrant?

wouldn't it be a shame if the couple interpreted that as a new threat of great bodily harm?

And with All that she still had the Power and Manpower to steal these folk's guns.
Now...I don't know this for sure BUT if they had stayed off TV and kept their yaps Shut this might not have happened. So sayeth J. Noble Daggett.

Hopefully they were smart enough to acquire some, off record, and lose them in a boating accident. ;)

Maybe,
But maybe it would have been this;

I mean, we can all post up pictures from the internet about what MAY have happened, right?

If they arent on record then why would they need to claim a boating accident?

Maybe. But maybe it would have been this:
Not likely in St. Louis. That was one of the few times I thought I might need to use a gun. Thankfully, a strong, “I can’t help you.” dissuaded the flanking homies.

And thanks to great reporting all the "protesters" now know that they are unarmed.
Fortunately, they are well heeled and have security.

They didn't have much of a choice. Remember, they were minding their own business, having dinner on their own property behind the closed gates of a gated community. Protestors breached the gate and tresspassed, although they were on their way to someone else's property. But, they might not have known that. All the video was done by the protesters. They didn't go looking for trouble. Trouble came to them. Just sayin'

So. No cops, can't defend yourself or your property. How fast are those with means going to bail, and how long until thats deemed racist.
Already happens, it’s called white flight and it’s racist. But if you move into a neighborhood and make it better it’s gentrification, also racist. Then again if you start your own from scratch and not enough minorities are there then you’re segregating, double racist. Quite frankly the word is so watered down at this point it means nothing.

That is the whole point of PC. Anything a White person, especially a White male, does is, by definition, racist. A White male can not be otherwise. They can try to be PC by rejecting their whiteness and their maleness but can never be completely PC because of the details of their birth. Why should White males, therefore, even try to be PC since they never can be?

If they had a gun trust, another person, mentioned in the trust, could have come and relieved them of their guns. A trusted person that will give them back once the dust has settled. This is all a circus for the real issue.....the 2nd. The 1st has been gutted so they need the second to fall for the next stage of the show.

Well, that's pretty ignorant of her since the mayor is white. It's not a color problem, it's a democrat/libtard problem.
You know the answer to why a white mayor and leaders confiscated the guns. Because if they defended themselves against BLM and their followers it would incite mayhem. Better to sacrifice two citizens for the good of a city. The thinking that if there are no guns allowed in mega cities there will be less shooting is like thinking allowing safe places to use drugs will keep communities safer. No and no on both.

By 70 year old definition from Webster's....I are one;)

I'll say it again. It's not a color problem, it's a Democrat/libtard problem. I haven't heard the reason given for the warrant yet, let alone the confiscation of the rifle.

St. Louis city is a blue mecca, but it is also a very tiny city. The surrounding St Louis County on the other hand, is pretty big and is more purple.

St. Louis isn't your typical big city, and is nowhere even in the realm of CA, NY or the like. MO is a stand your ground state that has Constitutional carry, so I really can't wait to hear what the warrant was issued for.

This isn't a color problem and is ignorant to think it is. If you need to see pictures you can find them below.

They havent been charged, so there is no crime, right? So why take the gun?

couple reasons come to mind:

1. disarm whitey, make them an example to others that self protection will not be tolerated
2. provide 'safety' for the criminals, next time they B&E they might try to get revenge and Ken and Karen decide to just light the crowd up this time when yelling doesn't work
3. hold them as evidence for the zillion lawsuits that will be brought against them in civil court, gotta redistribute that wealth, yo.
4. reasons

Part of the problem is condensing east St. Louis into St. Louis. Dont get me wrong St. Louis has some real crap spots as well, but it's certain streets, not the city as a whole.

Here's east St. Louis across the river.

Same day in St. Louis

@RS went to St. Louis a few years ago with local LE to a DEA "Pill Conference". She rented a Fiat!! She enjoyed here stay was armed to the teeth at all times. As always when out she was in "Yellow". Her pleasure on her trips is measured by how many times she slips over in to "Orange".
