Mr. Rogers movie

It is on my to watch list. Sounds interesting.
 
I kept waiting for the hollyweirdos to put something in the movie to make him look bad, they didn't. I'll give them that prop.

Exactly right ! I grew up watching him, and really understood it now that I'm older and have grown kids of my own. "Impactful" is a perfect description.
 
Watched it with the mrs. We both liked it, but I'm a bit curious.
Fred seems to deflect every time somebody asks him an uncomfortable question. What was he hiding?
 
I watched it.
Meh.
I watched it in two stints because the first time I just couldnt do more of it. Today, when I finished it, I almost didnt finish again.
While it's a Mr. Rogers movie, dont expect a biopic on the man and his history.
Now, the ENDING...yeah, I liked the last fifteen minutes or so. Emotional.
But, it's not one I'd recommend, I wont watch it again.

Things like if it was an emotional burden all these people telling him their problems.
If it was hard on his kids with him being their father
 
I've never seen one episode of the Mr. Rogers but I am a curious sort so we'll watch it. Can those of you that have seen it tell me is it Agenda Proof?
 
I didn’t see any agenda behind it, and I was looking for one. I kept thinking they’d insinuate something against him, but they didn’t. Or, if they did, I’m too low-brow to catch it.
