Getting news in an unbiased or non-sensationalized form is seemingly impossible these days. None are perfect, but what do you guys use?

I stumbled upon The New Paper a few months ago and so far I like it. Their website isn’t great but I get the daily emails which contain links to sources. The news is pretty objective and very concise.

If you want to check it out. (No I haven’t gotten any additional spam as a result)

I was going to say the same thing. I think the website just started up Monday of this week. I plan on checking it out myself. Thanks for the link @kcult.
Hmmm hadn’t heard of this one. You can tell the site is new but good for them for creating something that doesn’t rely upon social media. At first glance the headlines look to be pretty right leaning... not sensationalized but not slant-free either. (I know, that’s almost impossible)
I like the founder though based on his video, so I’ll give it a shot.

It will absolutely be right leaning.

In a few of tatum’s videos he’s touted the website as non biased but as @BigWaylon said I’m sure it’ll be leaning to the right. His youtube channel has really caught on big and if you haven’t watched him you should really check it out.

I can remember when all news was just the facts without any spin. Then there might be an opinion segment at the end.

Now it's all opinion and spin with no facts anywhere.
Exactly, that’s my biggest issue. The opinion and sensational stuff is nice... for entertainment. It’s a problem when it’s all that you’re able to find.

Daniel Greenfield on this very topic, this morning.

I follow many links from Ace of Spades HQ. I've bookmarked Bongino report, PJ Media, American Thinker, and several others tha slip my mind now... When I check headlines for MSM, I usually glance through Fox News. Anything that isn't obvious tripe, I'll search for that story elsewhere & try to get a few takes on it.

I read news; I don't do videos very often. Like watching the movie of a great novel, the video is barely an echo of what I can read in the same amount of time.

I discovered Knowhere news a couple months ago. It’s a artificial intelligence program that reviews news stories from both the left and right. Then filters out the narratives and leaves basic news. They do list their sources so you can research if you choose. It’s not bad so far, here’s the link.

I actively avoid any "news media" because I hate spin with a passion.

But when something big happens, and I want to get the unfiltered information, I go to 4chan.

The Flip Side is good for presenting what conservatives think of an issue vs. what liberals think of the same issue. However, they only cover one topic at a time.

Dragging this back to life,lol

So I just got into watching the new WGN News Nation. So far it seams that are doing what they say- Just the news no opinions. If there is a Trump quote, they play the whole thing to take in context. They report stuff but don't try to spin it one way or the other. They do a bit too much weather for a national show but its not a deal breaker.

They seem to have started off decently. Every so often I get the sense they are slowly drifting towards the MSM status quo though. Could be I am a bit skeptical from watching nearly every other MSM channel/paper/etc. go down that road.

It seems to beat the major news outlets in decent information, in-depth reporting, and lack of in-your-face bias.
lol.... o_O
