So HK has a new majority stake holder. It is a venture cap company from Luxemburg. It will be interesting to see where this leads. The success of the VP9 must not have moved HK into the black as much as they had hoped. Venture Cap has rarely been good for gun companies recently.

The management board of H&K AG (ISIN: XS0626438112 & XS0626436769 / WKN: A1KQ5P) was informed today, 17 July 2020, that the shareholder CDE owns a majority stake in H&K AG.
