The correct tool would be a line wrench in the appropriate size.

Lot's of garages could handle that. Joe's garage in Apex does great work but is 30 min drive from FV.
 
Flare wrenches are best for these fittings, they don't round the hex on the fittings.
If the boot(s)s are filling with fluid then you need a rebuilt rack or one from donor Jeep at LKQ pick your parts yard.

Once you loosen with the wrench, try a crows foot with a long extension if space is tight to remove the line from above.

I learn something new when I visit CFF. I'm from up north, learned about wrenches in shop class.

When I was much younger all the tool trucks sold them as line wrenches or steel line wrenches.

Today however, the name is more commonly found as flare nut wrench. Some sellers still refer to them as line or flare nut line wrench.

My age is showing....
