Since the R9 is rated up to .308, does that mean it could handle a steady diet of .556 also?

I had a conversation with Hansohn brothers a few weeks back where the price was supposed to be lower than the debut. YHM apparently increased the cost to the dealer and I didnt pull the trigger because I wanted to verify.

By the time HB got back to me they were all sold out. Looks like I'll have to catch them again next time.

Yeah I missed out too. I am still on the fence between this and the dead air Wolfman. Of course they released the one day I am traveling. So I was not at home.

I had three in my cart which is why I wanted to make sure of the price change because it would have been $150 in savings.

Yeah I am not worried I will get one eventually. I lived this long without a NFA item. I survive.

It’s been a few months since I ordered the last batch. I figured it’s time to add another to the wait list.
 
Picked up my Res K this morning. I’m using a Griffin Plan A which shaves 3/4” off the OAL making it 5.0” and it still fits my longest Griffin brakes.

I have the R9 on my watch list at Silencer Shop and got a note that it was back in stock... by time I logged it, they were sold out already! Here’s the kicker... SS had a sale price of $350 on that can!!!

You and 100+ other people. There’s a thread about this on Arfcom. Call SS and get on their backorder list, can’t do it online, you must call.
 
Honestly - and I’ll probably get flamed for this - as much as I want one, I’m holding off until knowing whether I’m buying stamps to make SBRs.

The R9 will be my next F4 can though...love the versatility!
