On the final question of the ten brand names listed I only recognize Streamlight and Olight as dedicated flashlight manufactures, and ranked them 1 & 2 respectively for the list. I was surprised not to see Surefire, Fenix, or Thrufire listed.

Kobalt, Craftsman, & Husky, are tool lines to me that may offer a flashlight model or two. Energizer/Duracell are battery companies and the rest I was unfamiliar with.

Was just walking the pup. Please stop putting the stupid flashing light option in the mix unless it's a separate control. Irritating that all flashlights now seem to have it. I might use this once in a pokadot (how do you spell pokadot?) Moon for self defense against a rabit dog coyote or antifa.

*edit to add* A quality switch is very important as well. Hate it when a loved light dies due to a cheap switch.
