Just read, or tried to read, a diatribe on how the Koreantown incident was racist. And how white supremacist had culturally re-appropriated the situation or something like that. But, reading that article gave me more details into how Koreantown was basically abandoned by the city and police during the riots. That the Koreans didn't take up arms because they were over-protective of their stores, but they had to, because they had been left to burn and had no other choice. I see a similar pattern occurring now.

I watched Brownell’s go out of stock on all Magpuls mags over the weekend. Now, CA can have mags but no one else can get them.

So would this not apply to New York and New Jersey also?

Ruling applies to 9th circuit. There are conflicting decisions in other circuits, i believe... so SCotUS should be eyeballing this in case CA keeps trying to appeal it.
But there's no guarantee it will go up, or that scotus would even take it. and certainly no guarantee that scotus would find in "our" favor.

Correct, only binding in the 9th circus.

exactly my point it needs to go to SCOTUS but with John Roberts on the left lean it would likely not be taken up or ruled against.

Someone needs to try the same approach in the 2nd and 3rd circuits too. This would force New York and New Jersey’s hand

So you’re saying we have a rooftop Korean to thank?? That judge just became about 10x cooler!

I have not found definite proof yet that he was one of the roof top Koreans. Maybe someone else can. But, he was certainly part of that community at that time. More importantly, he was part if Trump's quiet power shift. Soros has been putting in DA's and Trump had been putting in judges.

I was being somewhat facetious, but seriously, whether he was on the roof or simply part of the community supporting those on the rooftops, it’s a battle of ideaology at this point, so he’s a winner in this case.
And I agree, while Trump hasn’t been very Pro-2A, he has done an awesome job of judge appointments.

Anyone find any follow-up on this where they actually are allowing sales again? I mean I know vendors are selling, but it seems that until CA actually does "something" the proven unconstitutional law still stands.

Yep, and it gets to stand until the 'final appeal', so if the court just sits on it then the law still gets to be enforced.

The SCOTUS can just ignore cases forever it seems, can the lower courts? Or do they eventually have to do their job?

Ask Gen. Flynn.

So who does this go to and when do they rule on it?

the answer: no date on when but the whole panel of judges in the 9th Circus will get to review it and decide on it together now. The 9th has a majority of left leaning gun hating judges so, the AG hopes that the whole 9th circus review will void the ruling of the appeals court and the Panel of 9th circuit judges that ruled already. They want to keep their ban in place so only criminals can have large capacity magazines.

Now we have another Circuit Court, the 3rd saying that magazine bans are constitutional. Prime time for the Supreme Court to rule but they won't.
