We had promised my daughter a good birthday (her birthday is Sept. 3rd). We try to go to Disney every couple of years.with the China Coof going on we decided that we would only do one park. We went to Hollywood Studios.
I was excited to see the a Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge. We knew we might not get to ride Rise of the Resistance because it is on a queue that is first come first serve. We got in the queue at ride 56. That number came up at 4pm. So they paged us to ride.
If you are a Star Wars fan, it is the most fun thing I have ever done. It really takes 20-30 minutes and feels like you are captured by the Empire. The cast members do their part and make it realistic as they play the parts of the imperial officers that are lining you up for interrogation. After that you then take the trackless ride around a star destroyer and finally crash land on a rebel controlled planet. All I can say, is it was worth the wait.
I swore I will return after the coof crisis is over and spend more time there.
