JV POTUS BHO would not give up his speaking engagements by taking a chair on the SCOTUS. Holder would be a big disappointment, Mr. Gun Runner Wing Man.
 
Mitch McConnell says Trumps nom will get a vote but Schumer is screaming murder ... one of RBG’s last wishes was not to be replaced until after the next election results. With 45 days ‘til the election and nomination to confirmation taking about that long or longer ... what if Trump gambled on things and came out saying he’d honor the late RBG and hold his nom ‘til after election ... a grand gesture that would take the heat off some Congressional races and might even give him a little bump.

Now Trump said “‘til after the election” not before the inauguration ... and Nov 5th Trump sends his nom to the Senate/Judiciary committee?

So Assume the vote goes down after the election and Trump loses and the Senate Majority is soon to be close but Chuckies gavel. You know they would try to challenge any appointment in the courts. I say damn the torpedoes full speed ahead!!

With crap like this along with other liberal BS ... I’m wondering about Early Voting. I normally vote on Election Day but with the heat getting turned up more and more I’m considering Early Voting and taking my all the family with me. We can’t carry but I still have a few tricks that are not illegal.

I wonder just how many polling places will see crap go on outside from lefties?

I can point to a few campaign appearances from 2016 that say she's been circling for a good few years.
 
Wanna bet early next week Slo Joe releases a list of his possible nominees ... and most will be black women?

He and his handlers will make sure to get some mileage out of the this as well as stir the crowds to protest (aka riot) at the mere mention of Trump submitting a nom.

The country needs RBG replacement ASAP. 100% chance the 2020 election cases will end up in front of the Supreme Court and we can’t rely on unconstitutional Roberts (Penalty is a tax) to follow the Constitution.

I hope not. Thomas is super pro-gun and wants a chance to undo some of the damage the court has been doing by ignoring cases. I can see him dying in the middle of a case. which, statistically, might be sooner than later.
