They are attached to the wall in back room of an ice cream shop.
They are a set of tongs.
They were made by a student in a high school woodworking class long ago.
Not knowing what to do with them, but being proud of his son, dad hung them on the wall in the shop.
Either that or he bought a set and only used the smallest one to grab the edge of the fresh waffle cones. Threw the rest away in disgust and they hit a peg.

You guys are great! Turns out we removed them from the ice cream shop and the ice cream lost its flavor.
It could still be the Rona workin on our taste buds but we think it's because there were no flavor antennas inside.
