Anti-white/violent group topples confederate statue in Durham.

Had a long conversation when I got in last night with an old friend who lives in Durm. She said that she's really starting to understand and agree with some harsh truths that I'd laid on her nearly a decade ago. Namely, that there are forces who will cultivate conflict, and anybody not knowing where the crossfire is, will likely get put right in the middle of it.

She referenced something I'd sent her some time back, I think it was The Pig Trap, that got her started on her red-pilled journey.

It's their Chapel they can do what they want. My wife was an Iron Duke and graduated from there. Her and many of the folks she graduated with said in emails this morning that they encourage giving no more money for Duke. It is not that Duke cares thou.
Personally I think it was wrong and a knee jerk reaction but you know that Is my view and I am entitled to it just as the protestors in Durham are entitled to their views. I don't have to support them or like them but it is their right to do so just as it is my right to fly a CSA flag if I choose so on my property.

And the liberal mayor of the more liberal Chapel Hill has asked UNC to take down Silent Sam "for safety reasons" so it won't be vandalized (like it has been for years - mostly painted Duke blue)

I showed him the pic from this thread with the guys "protecting" the monument. He laughed like hell and named the folks in the pic - they are county employees on lunch break who sit there all the time. Hence the black dude all the Betas are excited about.

We had the most efficient conscription system. We rounded them up like cattle and shipped them off to slaughter. Yeah well I also heard that Roy Cooper wants the monuments bill repealed, but Berger said that ain't happening. So Chatham county commissioners can stick it up their butts!!

Hmm seems to me that the genesis or modification of political decisions based on a fear of consequences is very close to the aims of terrorism (specifically, terrorizing a population to achieve political/ideological goals).

I am not disputing your comment, only pointing out that the losers you refer to are children of the Southern part of OUR nation. I would kindly ask that you keep that in mind. I was born and raised here. I love all people of all colors. God bless everyone. Including you. My parents, nor my Grandparents taught us hate, division, or anger towards the Northern soldiers or their legacies. We were taught hate against anyone is wrong. I would hope you could find it to the the same.

Recent "pandering statement" issued by UNC Chancellor(ette).

You'll have to read down to the bottom for the Silent Sam info. Carefully points out that UNC is a state public institution and is subject to state laws around monuments and such.

Well, it turns out the police are using facial recognition to identify protesters that committed crimes. And starting everyone they can identify.
One student involved in the ANTIFA violence in VA had a full tuition scholarship to a university in Florida.
REVOKED. ACCEPTANCE RESCINDED.
Hopefully this is repeated dozens of times.
