I've never handled one, but heard great things. I'm riding down to their location Friday morning to pick up two SIII 8-32x56 scopes. Very excited to see how it compares to other brands.

I just got one in a trade that I'm going to put on my FVSR. I've heard good things about them didn't know they had a place in Nc.Youngsville
Hmm? What?? Where am I?!
I have several SIII's and they are fantastic scopes. Arguably some of the best tracking on the market. They aren't built to be used against tanks like the NightForce line up but the optics are clear and the turrets are fantastic. Bought a used one on Ebay that someone had abused and sent it in under warranty (I did offer to pay but they said it was no problem) and it came back good as new. I think I have 5 of them on various center fire rifles presently.
I have two 6-24x50 SIII and two 8-32X56SIII. Great scopes for the money. If they had pop up zero reset and or zero stop they would really have something. I also own Leupold MK4's and Nightforce NXS and Nightforce Benchrest scopes. Sightron glass is very clear and their scopes track better than Leupold. As far as I know, the wholesale sales and customer support center in Youngsville is for retail dealers only. You may be able to drop off a scope there for service if you were local. Call first. I know the customer service rep there and he is good guy.

Very cool. I did not know they did that. Ive always bought from Man Venture Outpost. Dumb name. Great prices.Ive called a few times this week, same lady has answered everytime. I sent her my military ID, and asked if I could come down friday and pick up there, she informed me they had the 2, 8-32x56 scopes in stock there and I could come after 830 to purchase them. Im going to leave out early, its about 90 miles from me. but for military discount, they charge $20 to ship each item.... so I'll just spend the $15 in gas to go there and get em.
I wash it down with a water so its not AS bad. Those energy drinks will kill ya! Can I have the Sightrons when you're gone?
Got my SIH-Tac 3-9x40 mounted on my FVSR the other day and took it out today to sight in and shoot the monthly rimfire challenge. Its the first sightron Ive owned and so farm I'm impressed.
