Can't conceal my Sig very well....

I think his point was he didn't notice one...thus the "what gun?" reply.
Well, it was under my remark about my other gun, so naturally I was thinking he needed more info about the other one....guess not.

I carried with one of those almost every day for ~5 years. G23 with light on one side, spare mag on the other. Still use it on occasion.

Definitely not the fastest draw, but I preferred to at least have a firearm with me.

Come on up sometime! I have a 22 I haven't shot yet. We'll bring my daughter and let her embarass us both.
You're far away, I'm sure, otherwise I'd love to. How old is your daughter?

Nope. Up on Apex. Shoot at DPRC up near Haw River.

Is antbody near Wagram? :p
NObody is near Wagram...LoL.
Maybe I'll meet some people who like to shoot IF I ever get to be a member at the range in town. I'm hoping to hear about that next month.
I know they're out there, I can hear them!!

Lol, I'm near Wagrum. I don't belong to any super duper, private range though.

Wow, someone lives near my area! Lol. Our range isn't fancy, I'm pretty sure. I've not seen it yet, it's like a big secret, but I think it's just a stretch of woods you can shoot in, and if you clean up behind yourself, all will be good. It must be hot stuff though, because I had to get on a list and hope somebody dropped out of the roster....
If I can't get in there, I'll use Jim's in Fayetteville as my local range, though I hate the drive there.
What's your local range?

I make the journey out to Ellerby, near Rockingham. The John Lentz Hunter Education Complex. It's a state run range. Free to use, just gotta bring your own targets.

With all of the yoga pants talk, how is this thread not in the basement yet?
An old fat lady in yoga pants is not basement-worthy!! Nobody wants to hear about that.
But yoga pants are probably why my gun isn't as easily concealed as I'd like. I'm supposed to wear jeans and a belt, etc....

Some stuff I just don't want to know about!! Lol.

Spoken strictly from experience perhaps??

Yep. I was usually the one new female gun purchasers would end up talking to at the store, even before I worked there.

Apparently the only time I have near infinite patience is when helping to arm women.

Midsouth Guns. Hands down the best gun shop in the state.
It's a nice store. They might want to rethink a bit on selling an ultralight to an old lady...and the old lady should have done some research before buying one!!

I’m a bit late to the party, but I agree with everyone else. You should feel free to carry in public with your current rig.
I had similar issues when I started carrying my G19 OWB with an untucked button-down shirt. The back of the slide printed, but I’ve never noticed anyone looking.
Unless you’re acting unusual, 99.9% of the public is too absorbed in their own issues to scrutinize you. Really, who is going to ask about a bulge in your waist, much less stare at it?!
Be confident and focus on what really matters: practicing your draw (unloaded firearm!) so that you can do it smoothly without sweeping your body with the muzzle as the gun exits the holster.
