Estate lawyer

I know a good one in Wake County, but I am wondering if you would be better served with someone in your home county, although state and federal tax law doesn't change from county to county. Not knowing your current situation there's always advantages to having an attorney who knows his way around the local courthouse.

This is who we used.
She was slow, but got the job done.
Good luck.

Corey Buggs is in your area I believe. I'm not sure what he has branched out to but I know he is a pretty good guy was a criminal attorney.

Having been executor for three estates (family), I can tell you that a Lawyer can be indispensable. However, not knowing anything about you situation, there is a lot that is just mundane paperwork that almost anyone can do and usually the county clerk is your friend and walk you through it. Cheap vs a lawyer.. A complicated or high assent estate, definitely contact several attorneys and get advise and quotes.

Ashley is my neice. So of course I'm gonna recommend her. LOL
Ahh... Well, Stratford (I miss spoke when I said Susan) did a bang up job with my mom's estate. She normally deals with a very well heeled clientele. She was recommended to us by another attorney because of our complexity . If your neice is working with Strat, then kudos to her.
