Stags Leap is awesome. My all time favorite Cab Sav. Costco has good prices on it.

I always rummage through the bin when they have it. There are often different years in the bin. The 2015 is a little better than the 2016 but both are excellent. I always look and try to find 2015s.

I ended up with a 2016. And also from Costco I got some lamb chops. It was a good evening.

Prefer lamb a bit more done than beef, which should always be medium rare. For me this was perfect.

I found a bottle of Colonel EH Taylor in Tightsqueeze,Va

small batch, I already have a couple bottles of their Rye. I haven't been able to find the 4 grain or the single barrel around here or in SC

Funny story about this one. Derik picked up bottle #1 of 180, we hit the next store and they had the last bottle #180 of 180 so I had to get it. We tried them blind and side by side and they're definitely almost identical.

I run into small batch all over the place out here, but I ain't paying what they want for it. Found another bottle of 4 grain, it was only $479...

We were in St. Simons Island over the weekend and found a honey hole of bourbon but they were awful proud of it. I finally found a 1/2 gallon of Willet for $75 so it came home with me.

The last two scotches to arrive thanks to some very cool friends. The Kilchoman is duty free exclusive. Had a smaller bottle that a friend brought back from Europe. Very happy to have a big bottle now.

This particular Ardbeg I have not tried yet, but looking forward to it!

No pictures.
But I got my wife hooked on Lucky Irishman.
Irish whiskey and irish cream.
Bushmills irish whiskey.
Also tried making it with an NC whiskey but she likes it better with Bushmills.
She used to be strictly an occasional red wine drinker. But I have been having her try things.
I've been sober 36 years. But I can can still appreciate serving those who say no or just have a one or two.
Side note: I don't know how my daughter can nurse a beer for well over an hour. That strikes me as alcohol abuse. Letting a beer get too warm.

Picked up some rice liquor to bring home.
65% ABV.
About $3 a bottle. Real top shelf stuff. Ha!

Even if its horrible, the bottle look cool.

My apologies if this has been mentioned previously in this thread. Myself and a few buddies just joined Flaviar. $20/month. I thought it would be a good way to try some stuff I haven't had. You can order through them with free shipping.

Anybody have any experience with them?

Monkey Shoulder is one of my favorite daily drinkers...

I haven't had it before so thought it would be worth picking up. Although anything priced under Chivas Regal makes me a bit nervous...

Drink with confidence. For the price point it's a really good value.

Bombay? Am I missing something? It's one of the top 5 most common call gins out there.
I don't drink so I am not familiar with brands. When I do go to the ABC to find something for the family to try I look for the NC products.

I can buy Cuban rum to bring back. :D

Pick up a bottle of this... Amazing Cuban rum. Aged like bourbon... Should run around $50 or less...

The 7 is not bad, especially the Anjeo. The Maestro is beyond delicious though. Nothing like it in the States.
I'll have to take your word in that. If I find it i'll bring a bottle home for the family.
We are building a small stock pile of Chinese rice wines and liquors.
Take it the shot glasses when we have guests. Ha!
