So, renewing my CHP for the 2nd time since I got it and I don't remember the affidavit being a part of it before. I have all the Davidson County paperwork printed off but the one thing remaining is the "affidavit stating that you remain qualified uneer the criteria of the concealed handgun law."
There's no affidavit form to print so do I just write that out and have them seal it when I'm there?
 
It appears you guys also share my lack of knowledge of CHP affidavits...
 
I guess this makes me crazy. I'm talking to AND answering myself...

Finally got through to make the appointment and the lady didn't have a clue what I was talking about. I read it to her and she said it must be part of the 3 page application and that she doesn't know what the affidavit was. Guess that maybe answers that... Suppose I'll find out in 3 weeks when I'll come back here and talk to myself some more.

I would assume a better thread title would have gotten more attention. Like “affidavit section on CHP renewal”. Only reaso I clicked it was I was completely bored LOL. GladI did. I liked the “talking to myself” comment.
