I love Fixed blades, some custom some factory. Lets see yours....

Had a productive weekend.
(I mocked up my Bowie design out of poplar, coming soon in O-1)

Condor Hudson Bay Bowie that I didn’t know I needed. :) Make sure you check with @thrillhill when you’re thinking about a knife - if it’s something he carries, he can probably beat other prices. And he gives good advice.
We had a family vacation to Florida this past week and the family thought it was funny that I brought this knife along. I figured I might have to fight an alligator, or hack out a shelter in the Everglades if SHTF, or…
The kids really wanted to crack open a coconut that we found. :) I knew it was rotten inside, but it was exciting for them anyway.

When they told my mom about it, she said “it’s not what your knife does to the coconut, it’s what the coconut does to your knife” - she has watched a lot of Forged in Fire. :)

Another cool one from @thrillhill . Condor Discord machete. That is a quarter in the picture for scale.
Used it to chop some branches encroaching on my parents driveway when we were there for Easter today. It is very sharp and sliced through free-hanging branches no problem.
I really like the grip that has enough room for two hands when needed. And the micarta scales are nice.
Thanks again Bill!

Ive got this partially finished knife.
The guy i ordered it from wasn't able to finish it and refunded me. He also mailed me the unfinished knife and ive had this floating around for about two years now.

What steel is it?

I’m not too good at stitching, yet!
