Whatcha' listening to?

This video and song is a constant reminder to me to always not care what people think of me and to always work for what I want. Plus Alesso always has hot chicks in his videos lol

Saw this guy Wed. night in Richmond-

Dude is 64 y/o & still at the top of his game. Great show in a very small, cozy venue & seats maybe 8' from the stage.

My current musical addiction is the group Heilung. They play a mix of "traditional" (as in neolithic) Germanic and Nordic music, reconstructed from fragments of the originals. It's not for everyone's tastes (it's quite "forceful") but it's a fascinating mix of the ultra-primitive and yet addictively complex. Plus they wear some radically traditional garb.

Love them. I've also found some pretty cool Maori & Mongolian metal bands lately. Always very cool to hear a completely new take on 'modern music'.

Another Samantha Fish vid:

LOVE her. Seriously, I have a big league jonez for that young lady. Rippin' guitar player & a KC girl, to boot.

Saw these guys open for CDB & Travis Tritt last Thursday night. Great show, but K-9 officers & dogs at the entrance & a couple inside? WTF?

What appears to be some new Zepparella production:

Love these ladies. Swear to God, I once dated chicks who could've passed for both the singer's & the drummer's twins. The big blonde was a goofball, liberal German chick & the little brunette turned out to be the ex ol' lady of a local Hells Angel. Both a good time, at the time & very temporary.

Currently in the car: Eagles greatest hits, Journey, Warlock, Beethoven's Appassionata, Skid Row, Handel's Messiah.

SXM Octane till my free trial is over.

Lots of great music not being played on the Over The Air stations. I wish they would mix in some newer stuff.
