5 in a row, double yolks..

I've been getting a lot of double yolks lately, wonder why?

My red sex links and my black sex links all laid tons of double yokers the first few months of laying. We kina miss it now.
 
A step Aunt had a small restaurant in Winston-Salem that served double yolkers. She picked them up at a small farm in Virginia just across the border but never would disclose what kind of chickens laid them.
 
A family member of mine used to haul chicken feed for commercial chicken farms. You'd probably never eat store bought eggs and chicken again if you heard some of the horror stories he told me about how/what they feed them.
 
I had a hen lay 4 in a row last year. Told my wife we should start playing the lottery.

I'm kinda jealous Haven't had a double yolk in 40+ years.

One of the main reasons I haven't eaten chicken in more than 25 years. Absolutely nasty

But will eat farm eggs
