I am wanting to load some Hornady 9mm 115 gr. XTP with Titegroup to use in my 15" PCC. I have gotten large swings in reloading info from Lee and Hornady in the min./max, and O.L.
Anyone have any experience with this combination?

I'd suggest starting out with finding an OAL that works with your gun. Make dummy rounds and cycle them. Then use the data that matches your result.

@Slacker might have some ideas. Nit sure if he's used that bullet, but he's done a lot of PCC testing with lighter bullets.

Is there a certain velocity goal you have? Or just general shooting/functioning and you’re all set?

I loaded some 115 and 124gr XTPs way back. With the longer barrel and the load I used, 3.6gr of Titegroup was clocking in around 1050fps if I recall. Been about 5-6 years since I’ve used the load though

Doesn't sound like anything special for that combination, 115 in a PCC will just be faster than 115 in the pistol. It's a bit odd to shoot XTPs out of a carbine (they're expensive), but Hodgdon reloading says for (gold dot) hollow points, 4.5min, 4.8 max grains of titegroup at 1.125. Meanwhile, Hornaday manual says to load shorter at 1.075- but- they also say a MAX load of 4.1 (I assume because of the shorter case length).

If it were me, I'd go with the Hodgdon site, they're generally conservative. Then again, Hornday makes the actual bullet (and they're super-conservative). Their loads are subsonic for 115 grains, while the Hodgdon shows them going 100fps faster.

I have been shooting Berry's HBRNTP with 4.1 gr. Titegroup and 1.15 O.L., with good results of around 1250 fps.
There is so much of a difference between Hornady and Hoddon's recommendations, I was hoping to see if anyone else has tried this powder and bullet.
Lee's manual shows 4.5 to 4.8, with a 1.125 O.L.
Of course all of these are for pistol use.

I just PM'd you a picture of the Hornady Reloading Manual 10th edition for this particular bullet. You have a lot of options with powders. Do take note of their suggested COL. COL will vary your performance and performance quoted in any reloading manual. Good luck!

I've never loaded anything XTP (or Hornady, for that matter) in 9mm. As far as Titegroup in 9mm, I have loaded 115 Xtreme plated, and got very close to the results listed in the Speer load data. The bullet was seated to 1.150" OAL, though, much longer than you can seat the XTP bullet I suspect. @Catfish is right, plunk test the bullet and see what OAL will work with your gun, but I suspect the Hornady data will be the best place to start.

FWIW, I have a 9mm AR carbine, and it has a very tight throat, so I have to load to a shorter OAL than I can use in most of my pistols. . It is also a little picky about bullet profiles, it really likes 115 RN bullets - flat nose bullets just don't feed well in that gun. I'm not shooting any competitions or running suppressed with it, so I am not interested in power factor or sub-sonic velocity, I'm just interested in accuracy. I found a very accurate load (about 2.2" @ 100 yards) but the muzzle velocity is 1500fps. I can hit steel all day long at 200 yards - lots of inexpensive fun.
