Maybe she’d like having the ceremony at Battery Oaks, with a 21 gun salute. ;)
 
Since we are just about 2 months out, we will start posting more about this and start making definite plans. Just 2 months? Can you believe it? We hope to see the same people as last year and a whole lot more new people this time.
We already have the friendly shooting competition planned and we already have a start on some very nice door prizes. Hoping to see all of you there.

@gunbelt offered his son $10,000 to change the date of his wedding so he could come. He is a serious Battery Oaks shooter. Last week he drove in from Maine to be here. And Oh... the 10K??? He had to parlay that up anyhow!

For $10,000, I'd change the date of my wedding, change the spouse, even marry @gunbelt OR his son. Hell, if it's in unmarked and used small bills, why not marry both? :eek:

I've got a newborn. I don't think I'll have a spare $10k for a while longer.
 
I’ll try...the wife is off that week and wants to go to the Outter Banks. I’ll flip the coin closer to it.
 
Confirmed no-go from me. My wife just got her orders to fly to the home office in CA on the 18th. I’ll be shuttling kids the 18th-23rd.
