What did you do today to be a little healthier?

Sweated balls at Ashe Co. Wildlife Club BR match and walked the 200yd range multiple times setting wind flags (to no a avail). Do it all over again tomorrow for 300yds.
 
I started running a little at the beginning of the week. Doing a simple mile here at the house. Don't even have to leave the property! :)
I'm adding more walking at the end to keep my heart rate up now. Going to add some distance to the run (jog...lol) soon.

I rode my bike from Greensboro to Durham today. 67 miles in this stupid heat.
 
Another gym day, biceps and legs, an hour total. Half hour on the stationary bike and elliptical.
Went way off the beaten path at brunch with my good neighbors. Hafta undo that the next few days.
It’s a lifestyle not a diet. Diets are prone to failure, imo.

One mile leads to two.
Go slow, especially in the heat.
 
Treadmill, cut a tree down, moved the tree to the front yard for pick up.

I walk every day, just got the treadmill.

Did yoga and walking yesterday.

1 mile in the treadmill. Lots of tire flips and rowed 1k. Good work out at the fire station today.

I bought a bicycle to replace my Amazon beach cruiser that I've been pedaling around. It's a Specialized Crosstrail that will be great on the rails-to-trails here in town and it did pretty well up and down my driveway and out in the hay field yesterday.

not today, but lately been walking 10K+ steps a day. Went with the wife to Crossfit on Saturday and did a partner workout with her. It was pretty rough for me but I perservered. Basically you split the reps as you see fit:
As many rounds as possible in 30 minutes = 600 meter run, 50 20lb wall ball toss to a 10ft target, 40 toes to bar (we did abmat situps), 30 SDHP (sumo deadlift hi-pulls) @ 55lbs, 20 overhead squats, and 10 box jumpovers.
We got 3 rounds and I was done. Alot of metabolic stuff on that burner. Then on Sunday, I went with a group to Crowders and we hiked the 4 mile loop to the King's Pinnacle and back, then I walked the gun show on Sunday for 2 hours.

Yeah......my legs and behind were wailing on Monday morning. Yesterday I did yoga and felt alot better afterward. Gotta keep up that flexibility!
 
i normally have an unmonitored caloric intake, often well over 5k/day, simply because of the food that is convenient. for the past 3 weeks i have only been taking in 1000-1500 calories a day and have lost 15lbs. 20 more and ill start drinking that water stuff.
 
Today I walked a mile with my wife, then a mile with my daughter. Yesterday, a F3 workout; tomorrow, a F3 workout.
