Guns or Marijuana?

The folks that will worry about checking the box are the same ones that won't tear the government labels from their mattresses. Unless you have plans to run for POTUS nobody cares enough to research your life choices for a gun purchase.
But it says do not remove.... I could be fined! I don't want the FDM (federal dept of mattresses) to kick my door in. They might shoot my cat.

If he ever peed or puked on the bed so be it.

I'm willing to bet a vast majority of people that smoke weed dont even get to start a 4473. Unless they're the unicorns that remember what deoderant and a shower is.

I've never tried it and would never want to. Who wants dirty pot needles laying around?

But, I think a person ought to be free to do what they want. I think we can see now that it's less harmful than whatever your doctor has you on.

If it's going to take my gun rights away, I'm not going to do it. My right to bear arms is more important to me.

If you have a security clearance be careful with the CBD oil, .gov doesn't know if they are going to that slide or not, yet.

The moral of the story is this: everything you do or have done - legal at the time or not - or what ID cards or licenses you register for which end up in some database somewhere will eventually come back to haunt you in some way shape or form. I’m somewhat suspicious of this “Real ID” thing they are pushing in SC. Who knows what data sources that will link together.

I always say that if I have a recurrence of my cancer, I'll probably do it, but I might just have to reconsider and suffer all the horrific things that come with chemo.....my guns and being able to carry them are very important to me. I could probably survive over a year of chemo without weed.....I hope! LOL.

It’s terrible that you even have to take this into consideration.

I agree....but I don't dwell on the possibility of a recurrence. If I did I'd probably lose what's left of my tiny little mind...LOL.
It is a shame that anybody has to go without some things we all know can help many medical issues. Maybe one day things will change.....

Already changing...theres a bill on the books to keep smokable hemp legal until after next election. They were trying to ban hemp with no THC because the poor po-po cant tell the difference. [emoji849]
