I’m a fan. Little less than half gone last night, and polishing the bottle off tonight. I can’t imagine how good the Single Barrel and Single Barrel Select is.

After some more taste testing to affirm the previous test.......yeah its still purty good! Hmmmmmm.....now what to try next?

I picked up a bottle of that in TN in May @Wahoo95 .

It's good. I'd like to have another. Was that in a NC ABC store or another state?
 
We had a new store open on Wednesday and I was 18th person thru the door so it was still available.

Not a criticism from me! But, for me it is spot on! Its like a turbo drag car.....might not get you off the line, but when it crosses the finish line.....it busted your ass

Just finished the annual Medicare Certification which is a real PIA. Have to do it each year and it is total BS.

Felt like I wanted a drink but just one so I decided on a Scotch. For me it is easy to do with scotch.

Sunday evening won't bad either.

Had to switch to Uncle Nearest.

And even though it's August, we had to fire up the fire-bowl to cook some zoo burgers (deer, cow, pig, and bear) and one bream in tinfoil that a young man caught today in our pond which was his first fish.

Damn I love living in the woods.

Kinda glad I'm off on Mondays too!

Yeah, the Leadslinger's is pretty bad, but I buy a bottle or two per year since it's a veteran owned company. I let my less bourboncentric friends mix it with co-cola or whatever.

Their rum isn't bad. But good rum ain't hard to make.

I've heard the same thing from a co-worker. I haven't tried it, but thought about buying a bottle just because.
