Illegal ammo LOL
I mean this guy was a serious threat he had seven rounds. I’m mean i prolly drop more than that when I go shoot.

I feel much safer now though.

Maybe he had seven rounds of RGP ammo...

I’m sure it was randomly found in his attic in a box or something and it was all they could charge him with

Fort <Insert your name here> Weapons Depot/Station/Arsenal/Armory
They would LIKE to charge us with domestic terrorism, or even more damning, "non-SJW" or "deplorable with WMD" or something equally pukey.

From a militia standpoint, we ALL should have some measure of Depot/Station/Arsenal/Armory :D

A criminal history check revealed Ireland had outstanding warrants for felony failure to appear in court in Sarasota County, Fla., and a misdemeanor failure to appear related to a marijuana possession charge in Cook County, Ga., officials said. Further review revealed Ireland had been convicted in 1996 in Sarasota County of four felony counts of dealing in stolen property.

USCP and ATF agents searched Ireland’s residence at 234 Kosciusko St. on Aug. 8. He was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant in Florida. A search revealed three rounds of .32-caliber ammunition and four rounds of .45-caliber ammunition.

Ammunition Regulation in Ohio
Last updated October 16, 2018.

Ohio does not:

• Require a license for the sale of ammunition;

• Require sellers of ammunition to maintain a record of the purchasers;

Prohibit persons who are ineligible to possess firearms under state law from possessing ammunition, although the federal ammunition purchaser prohibitionsapply;

• Prohibit armor-piercing ammunition, although the federal prohibition on certain kinds of armor-piercing ammunition applies; or

• Otherwise regulate ammunition.

See our Ammunition Regulation policy summary for a comprehensive discussion of this issue.

Felons are prohibited under federal law from possessing ammunition.

Apparently not since the FBI raided his house.... They were already there....

I swear when the DA/Prosecutor starts to file charges and offer deals one of the first things they offer to drop are the felony possession of a firearm and ammo if they’ll plea to som other reduced charges so they can call it a win in their percentages and not have to do the work or waste the resources to go to trial and actually hold criminals accountable for their crimes ... lazy asses with an eye on their future political careers.
