Since Beto says the Constitution is no longer relevant then suspend it. Eliminate Habeuos Corpus. The present administration can then arbitrarily arrest Beto, Ocasio, Maxine Waters, Pelosi, Warren and hold them in the darkest prison for as long as desired. ""Unconstitutional"" they will cry !!! Well he is a Congressperson, don't they take an oath to uphold the constitution of the US when they take the job ?? Sounds like he is not upholding his oath of office, reason to remove him, or arrest him.

I read an interesting, if not downright plausible, theory. Keep in mind that this clown character is not a serious candidate, but he is serving the Libruls agenda of pushing a ridiculous gun grab agenda. It is ridiculous and highly unlikely to ever pass, not to mention it would be a clear constitutional violation. What it does, however, is make lesser infringements sound sane. It also keeps the message on the air with people talking about the subject, which also furthers their end agenda.

Since he's not a real candidate, he can push the nonsense message that others can't, while they reap perceived benefits.
