A few points:
"In today's world Amendment 3, The Housing of Soldiers, has lost its relevance." Just because it has worked, and is working, doesn't mean it has lost its relevance. My houses smoke detector has never gone off...doesn't make it irrelevant.
"The Right to Bear Arms amendment became outdated and irrelevant once the country actually had a well-regulated militia you must look at the history of the National Guard." No, not according to the people who actually wrote the 2A.
"Not only does the United States have a “well organized militia” but every inch of the United States is protected by a police or sheriffs department." There are no police officers of Sheriffs deputies at my house at 2am when the glass crashes.
"This scenario always involved displaying my badge and announcing “police” even if it was in a city like Boston where I didn’t have jurisdiction." so he likes the power that little metal badge gives him over others, especially when he uses it illegally.
"Sorry Wayne LPierre, it doesn’t take a good guy with a gun to stop a bad guy with a gun. It takes a cop with a gun to stop a bad guy with a gun. Good guys, no matter how well meaning, with guns are dangerous and may inadvertently be shot by the police." So, in the mean time, lay down and get shot like a good little victim while we wait the 5-20 minutes for a cop to show up.
I will not ever apologize for being man enough to refuse the outsourcing of my personal security. How ultimately selfish and elitist to charge someone else with your own wellbeing because you cant be bothered to handle it yourself.
