Supplements

Nothing. I'm 57 and take no supplements or prescribed drugs. Not even baby aspirin. I try to eat right and exercise daily. I don't care if I'm "ripped" or not, I just want to be healthy and able to ski, hike, ride bikes and do anything else my grandkids want to do.
Years ago when my son was in college, he was on the triathlon team. He trained constantly and took all kinds of stuff. He always had something wrong, a cold or a soreness somewhere. I told him all of his training was the problem. I told him it's like a high performance engine. The more performance you try to squeeze out of it the worse it's reliability and longevity will be.

Well it's been like two years. Anything new and exciting?

I've started sampling pre workouts since I started working out in the morning. Wouldn't call any great or necessary, but I sure notice when I run out.

I do 2 protein shakes and a mass gainer per day. I never seem to eat enough protein or calories (watching macros) otherwise.

I also use creatine, multivitamin, and BCAA (only during fasted morning workouts).

Caffeine as preworkout.

Vit D3
Magnesium
Zinc
CBD tentcure and CBD vape
Testosterone (TRT/HRT) Dr prescribed

That's all I take on a regular basis.

Sometimes I'll take a pre-workout for the pump and add a caffeine tab if I need to, mostly on bench or over head press day
