Crossing guard relieved of duty, guns seized

That's just stupid. To say nothing about how it represents a trend that will stop people from speaking freely. Therby creating more separation and conflict.

Waitress overheard portions of a conversation and dude got red flagged. Did they even follow process and go before a judge with a sworn complaint or just march him to his house to hand them over at gunpoint?

Somebody needs to run a case like this through the courts and put the 4th amendment back in place. Comments taken out of context on that article could be used as red flag material and even supporters of the law could be made victims. That’s not America.

Another amendment that is being deleted by the democrats aka communists

“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

This looks to have happened in Britain, an "ally" of ours. With friends like that...

It's Martha's Vineyard, folks. You can not expect any less stupid from an elitist enclave of Massholes. Signal that virtue, white bois!

An 84-year-old crossing guard, Korean War veteran calls out a doughnut-stuffer. Strike him off a medal, I say!

Talking about your next hunting trip could get you Red Flagged.

"I can't wait to see him in the crosshairs"

It's the " see something say something mentality" - I'm sure a lot more of these situations will occur as they get the masses properly trained.

Trump did say take the guns first due process later, let’s not give the democrats all the credit.

From the article:
Nichols said he was unimpressed with the Tisbury School resource officer’s alleged trips to Xtra Mart to get coffee when children came to school in the morning. While dining at Linda Jean’s a couple of weeks ago, Nichols said he told a friend about this and suggested somebody could “shoot up the school” in that officer’s absence, which he described as “leaving his post.”
Clearly he made ZERO threats, but instead embarrassed the the cop about making his donut runs as bring negligent. That's almost as bad as the idiot reporting this as being a threat to shoot up the school. This nonsense is getting out out hand.

That's the end game, isn't it? Abolishment of the Constitution?

Everyone on this site could likely be "red flagged".

But Trump wants red flag laws, and he says he is a 2A supporter. Now which of these is just another lie with an orange stain?
