Cheapest way to pack/ship license plate topper?

Clean, please.
Will you be around tomorrow?

Since @HMP wants a clean one, here is a comparison picture of his cleaned versus an aged one

@ripv2 Sure thing! Come back anytime. If we time it right, you can see me pouring the metal, or I can show you more detail about making molds, or opening a mold so you see how the part comes out after casting. My mom and I went through the nativity set pieces today, so I will PM you about what we have available with those.
@ronn47 I started working on your tobacco leaves. Seems like they should run well. I’ll let you know when I have them ready in a few weeks.
Here is a picture of one that must have had insects get ahold of it. :)

Can you make belt buckles, brass ones?

CSA, US, or others?
Hey! We found two of the CSA buckles already cast. I need to tumble them and put the wire loop on them, then I will get pictures. Thanks!
They look like the ones in this old post (Where you bought yours), except they’ll have bronze rod on them, rather than a coat hanger that can rust. i’ll price these to once I make sure they don’t have any defects when they come out of the tumbler

Update - @Jabroni was the guinea pig for shipping 2 of the Wilkes license plate toppers together in a USPS $7.35 cardboard flat rate envelope.
I set them back to back so they would not bend, and wrapped them in a paper towel so the corners wouldn’t poke through the envelope. He said it arrived fine.
If I had to ship just one, I think it would be thin enough to bend, so I would probably put a thin scrap piece of plywood in with it.

I have three of the CSA belt buckles and 16 tobacco leaves in the tumbler, So should be ready to go by next weekend.
I’ll contact folks who have asked me for these already, but should have some extras too. Will post a for sale ad when the extras are ready.
@BatteryOaksBilly - i’m still working on the turtles. They keep coming out with holes in the bottom side of them, so I’ve got one more thing to try, and if that doesn’t work, I’m going to try casting the pattern flipped upside down, which shouldn’t work, but who knows? My folks got these to run without sink holes somehow in the past.
