Closed yesterday.
Unloaded a full 16 truck from storage
Since to Cary. Loaded up the stuff from the second floor apartment.
My body feels like I spent 10 hours in the gym doing legs and back.
Still have to call movers to get the stuff from a 10x30 for unit in Cary.
But there house buying drama part is over.

congratulations.
Moving sucks, there will be a lull Before “honey, I think we should yada, yada, yada” and the work will never end but is rewarding ;)
Indeed. I could feel my testosterone level dropped as each week in the apartment passed.
Already have projects planned once we get unpacked and get the home theater set up again. (Maybe I can accidentally drop the 65" so I can get 75" 4K tv.)

Welcome to the Triangle. Some weekend when things have settled down we should go do some shooting. I hear it is a great stress reliever.
We bought in Burlington.
Would rather drive a bit and be comfortable at home. Closer than Kernersville.
Prices were just too high per square foot and most had obnoxious HOAs within a 30 minute no traffic drive.
Won't find anything at the $/sf we got this house for. Certainly none with that kitchen. [emoji6][emoji1787]

1 word for ya...

SONY

DS

Spent 2 hours in Spectrum customer service hell last night.
The seller called yesterday to cancel his Spectrum service at the house.
But the idiot at Spectrum didn't bother to verify name on account when he "CANCELED" the service move order for my account.
That, apparently, caused a problem that couldn't be fixed remotely. Now we have to wait until Thursday for a tech to come out.
At least internet service works.

Friday, the movers are loading the contents from the big storage unit in Cary and will be moving that furniture into the house on Friday.
Busy weekend ahead.
