The King (Netflix)

So this was pretty good. Can’t say how historically accurate it is, but I enjoyed it enough that I did not touch my phone once. Good story, good action at times.

Lemme know if this breaks Netflix' impressively long streak of crappy movies.

Initial Rotten Tomato gauge looks promising, with critics at 72% and audience significantly higher at 86%.

I think I will watch this, looks good enough to sip bourbon while watching.

I’m an hour in. It’s good. But, it doesn’t hold a candle to Branaugh’s Henry V.

I enjoyed it. The Robert the Bruce movie "Outlaw King" was better but this was not a bad watch. The action wasn't unrealistic or overdone and the story kept my attention.

I watched it again last night. The 2nd time through I really enjoyed it. It give it 2 thumbs up for sure.

I was really impressed with it... Great acting, original story, nicely shot... Not fast paced but it kept my attention.

Two thumbs up...

I couldn't get into it, bored me 20 minutes into it. I usually like movies based on that time period.

I thought it was good. One of the better things I've seen from Netflix lately.
